Check and make sure you inputted the email correctly. If you did and it has been over three hours since you ordered, contact us via the contact portal on our website.

Will the birds be delivered to my home?

Hatching eggs are delivered to your doorstep, but to ensure survivability, the birds are  not. They are delivered to your post office and they should call you once the birds arrive.

Is it healthy for birds to be shipped in the winter months?

The health of the birds we ship is vitally important to us and we do everything in our power to ensure they arrive happy and healthy. During the winter months, we use 96 hour heat pads in the case that the birds are delayed due to inclement weather. Along with providing energy and hydration for the birds, we also ship slightly older birds to ensure they have the ability to deal with the varying temperatures. Due to our extra precautions, there is an additional $10 shipping charge for all shipments sent out during the winter months.

Don't you need a NPIP # to sell and ship live birds?

It is crucial to be certified with NPIP, the National Poultry Improvement Plan, for selling and shipping live birds. NPIP aims to prevent the spread of Pullorum Disease in the poultry industry. Our certification is NPIP # 248.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the lower 48 states. For shipping outside of the lower 48 states, please contact customer service for assistance.
