Why didn't I receive a order confirmation email?
The main reason people don't get a confirmation email is incorrectly inputting their email address. You may also want to check you spam/junk folders. If you can't find it, feel free to contact us via the contact portal of our website.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns for quails. However, if you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact our customer support and we will do our best to assist you.
Why didn't I receive a tracking number
Check and make sure you inputted the email correctly. Sometimes it also takes us a while to pack and ship the order due to fluctuating demand for the different types of quail. We cant just have so many birds around and feed them if people don't want to buy that type so it turns int a bit of a matching game for us. Once we ship your order you will get email from us as well as an email from the USPS.
Will the birds be delivered to my home?
Hatching eggs are delivered to your doorstep, but to ensure survivability, the birds are not. They are delivered to your post office and they should call you once the birds arrive.
Is it healthy for birds to be shipped in the winter months?
The health of the birds we ship is vitally important to us and we do everything in our power to ensure they arrive happy and healthy. During the winter months, we use 96 hour heat pads placed in the box to keep the birds warm and as comfortable as possible during shipping. Along with providing energy and hydration for the birds, we also ship slightly older birds to ensure they have the ability to deal with the varying temperatures. Due to our extra precautions, there is an additional $10 shipping charge for all shipments sent out during the winter months.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the lower 48 states. If you are outside the lower 48 but would like to purchase our products, send a detailed email to customer service and we will get back to you with our best solution and price for the unique situation.
